In the view of Simon Sinek, it is imperative for the entrepreneur to find out the importance of its product or idea.

This is because until & unless being a promoter, a leader you don’t have the answer as to why your product is important, what need it is fulfilling,  you cannot expect the team to work best on generating answers to what & how of the process, products of the company to deliver even better results.

It was a bold decision by the two of giving their wealth from Microsoft back to society. In the opinion of Gates, it is very important to make a difference in the society, work for its betterment, work for those around you when you’re blessed with so much.
