4. Simon Sinek: How great leaders inspire actions?

In the view of Simon Sinek, it is imperative for the entrepreneur to find out the importance of its product or idea.

This is because until & unless being a promoter, a leader you don't have the answer as to why your product is important, what need it is fulfilling,  you cannot expect the team to work best on generating answers to what & how of the process, products of the company to deliver even better results.

Need is to think from the point of view of customers and identify the reasons why your product should be a yes.

Overall this ted talk is quite fair & gives a great knowledge to all the entrepreneurs & therefore not to be missed.

5. Bill & Melinda Gates: Why giving away our wealth has been the most satisfying thing we've done?

You can’t take wealth with you. Yes, when Bill & Melinda Gates being the richest of all can have this thinking then why not others.

So much not in terms of money rather the skills & abilities, talent & knowledge you possess as an entrepreneur. Take risk, experience the joy of giving back to others, and then as you succeed, do good in your business, prosper in life then try to make other's lives better too by giving process & extending your helping hand.

The most fulfilling & satisfying thing you’ll ever do.
